Position Overview:

The Travel Consultant is responsible for assisting clients with planning and booking their travel arrangements. This role involves providing expert advice on destinations, itineraries, transportation, and accommodations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about travel destinations, detail-oriented, and has excellent customer service skills to cater to diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services based on their needs and budget.
• Create personalized itineraries and recommend the best travel packages and destinations.
• Handle travel documentation including visas, passports, and travel insurance requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and managing changes or cancellations promptly.
• Promote travel products and services to meet sales targets through upselling and building long-term client relationships.
• Stay updated on travel trends and industry developments to offer clients the best and most current options.

Qualifications

• Male or Female applicants are welcome to apply.
• Currently residing in Satwa, Dubai.
• Sales experience is preferred; background in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in Tagalog and English — both spoken and written.
• Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
