Full job description

• Assist customers with domestic and international travel bookings.
• Create customized holiday and tour packages based on customer requirements.
• Search and book flights using airline or GDS systems.
• Advise customers on travel itineraries, hotels, transportation, and travel insurance.
• Handle basic visa assistance, including providing information on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and local partners.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
• Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
• Stay updated on travel destinations, airline policies, and visa regulations.
