We are opening a new gelateria kiosk and are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals (one male and one female) to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for serving gelato, maintaining the kiosk’s cleanliness, assisting customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve gelato, coffee, and related products to customers.
• Handle customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kiosk at all times.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
• Operate cash register/POS system and handle transactions responsibly.
• Follow company policies, health, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B, café, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic English communication skills
