Job description:

We are looking for a vibrant, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress/Cashier to join our busy floor team. You will be the face of our venue, responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Warmly greet guests, guide them through the menu, and make recommendations.
• Order Taking & Delivery: Accurately process food and drink orders using our system and deliver them promptly.
• Floor Management: Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment in the dining and bar areas, clearing tables efficiently.
• Cash Handling: Process cash and card payments accurately and handle the till.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in bar, or restaurant.
• A positive, high-energy attitude with the ability to remain calm and smile under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong multitasking abilities and physical stamina to be on your feet for long shifts.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
