We are seeking a well-presented and service-oriented Waitress to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences while ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally
• Present menus and accurately take food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages according to luxury service standards
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service
• Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints promptly and courteously
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times
• Upsell menu items and offer recommendations when appropriate
• Assist with closing duties, including cleaning and restocking

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Friendly, courteous, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Neat and professional appearance
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID
