La Fontana is looking for a professional, guest-focused Waitress fluent in Arabic to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be the face of the guest experience — delivering attentive, personalized service that reflects our standards from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken); English proficiency preferred
• Minimum [1–2] years’ experience in a restaurant or hospitality role
• [Own visa preferred / Company will sponsor visa]
• Available for [full-time / rotating shifts, including weekends]
• Well-groomed, professional presentation
• Immediate availability preferred

What you’ll do

• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a professional, warm, and personalized manner
• Take and deliver food & beverage orders accurately, following our service standards
• Build strong menu knowledge to guide guests and make recommendations
• Handle guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment standards at your station
• Set up and break down your service area before and after each shift (mise-en-place)
• Use upselling techniques naturally to enhance guest experience
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Join daily briefings and team meetings
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPs)
