We’re Hiring: Waitress (Immediate Joining)

A leading UAE-based hospitality group is looking for an experienced, passionate, and customer-focused Waitress to join our team at our Abu Dhabi – Profile Roaster.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
• Keep tables and the dining area clean and organized.
• Assist with table setup and clearing.
• Handle customer requests professionally.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a waitress or similar customer service role within the hospitality or retail industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Maximum age: 34 years.
• Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
