Job Summary

ORM Property Management L.L.C. is looking for a reliable and responsible Watchman to safeguard company premises, assets, and personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the property, controlling access, reporting security concerns, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guard company premises, buildings, and assets during assigned shifts.
• Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and report any security or safety concerns.
• Ensure all gates, doors, windows, and access points are properly secured.
• Maintain a visitor and vehicle entry/exit log.
• Report any suspicious activities, incidents, theft, damage, or emergencies to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in emergency situations, including fire alarms, evacuations, and first-response actions.
• Ensure that company property is protected from unauthorized access and misuse.
• Coordinate with maintenance and administration teams regarding any observed issues on the premises.
• Keep the security post and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and instructions from management.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Administration or Facility Management team.

Requirements

• Minimum 0–1 years of experience as a Watchman, Security Guard, or similar role.
• Physically fit and able to work day, night, and rotating shifts.
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).
• Honest, disciplined, and dependable with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to remain alert and respond calmly during emergencies.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or facility management environments is preferred.
