We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager / Head Mechanic to lead our workshop operations. The ideal candidate must have strong diagnostic and repair skills, be able to supervise technicians, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain efficient workshop productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily workshop operations.
• Lead, train, and support mechanics and technicians.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and A/C systems.
• Allocate jobs and monitor work progress.
• Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards.
• Carry out final inspections before vehicle delivery.
• Assist in troubleshooting complex vehicle issues.
• Coordinate with service advisors on repair updates and timelines.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure efficient use of parts and materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of automotive workshop experience, including a leadership role.
• Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical, electrical, and A/C repairs.
• Experience using diagnostic scanners and workshop equipment.
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (required).
